AAMS Wear Distribution operates as a wholesale and distribution business.
Due to the nature of trade orders, returns and refunds are highly restricted.
All products must be checked immediately at the time of delivery.
Claims raised after the defined window will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility (1-Day Only)
Returns or replacements are considered only under the following conditions:
1. The product is damaged during transit.
2. The product received is incorrect compared to the confirmed order.
📌 Return requests must be raised within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery.
Requests raised after 24 hours will not be entertained under any circumstances.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Majority of Orders)
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
1. Orders placed correctly as per confirmation
2. Size, color, or design preferences
3. Slight variations in shade, print alignment, or fabric texture
4. Clearance, discounted, or bulk orders
5. Items used, washed, altered, or resold
Most wholesale products are non-returnable by default.
4. Inspection at Delivery (Mandatory)
Trade buyers are expected to:
1. Inspect packages immediately upon delivery
2. Verify quantity, product type, and visible condition
Failure to inspect and report issues within 24 hours will be considered acceptance of the
goods.
5. Return Process (If Eligible)
If an issue is found:
1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
2. Share:
A. Order reference
B. Clear photos or videos of the issue

6. Refunds & Replacements
1. Approved cases may be replaced or refunded, at our discretion
2. Refunds, if approved, are processed via the original payment method
3. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side
Refund processing timelines depend on verification and payment mode.
7. Shipping Responsibility
Once goods are dispatched and handed over to the logistics provider:
1. Risk transfers as per agreed shipping terms
2. Transit-related claims must be supported with proof and raised immediately
8. Policy Abuse
AAMS Wear Distribution reserves the right to:
1. Reject repeated or unjustified return requests
2. Restrict future business in cases of policy misuse
9. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
